Our client was keen to live within a 10 min cycle ride to London’s Southbank district and approached us for our expertise as property finders with deep experience in Prime London. Their brief was clear but challenging: they were seeking a large, lateral space—ideally with a lift directly opening to the apartment with room to create a best in class private roof terrace.
